A video is built in layers: strategy, concept, script, the shoot, post. AI replaces one of them — the shoot. That is a real change, and it is also a far smaller claim than “AI makes videos”. Everything the shoot never covered — why the piece exists, what it says, how it is paced, how it is finished — is the same work it always was. What you are buying here is that work with the shoot layer generated instead of filmed, and a team that will tell you when that is the wrong call.

One variable moves you inside this band more than any other: precision — how much of the piece has to come out exactly a specified way. Low precision is where AI runs at roughly a third of an equivalent production. Push the bar up to a specific real face, a product's true texture or brand-exact detail, and the re-rolling climbs until filming would have cost less and carried less risk. When a brief crosses that line we say so, instead of quietly spending your budget proving it.

On disclosure: We tell you which parts are AI, and we recommend you tell your audience. Presented as creative ambition it earns respect; presented as cost-cutting it does the opposite — that is the single biggest own-goal available here.
When we will say no: Trust-layer work — your storefront, your flagship — and anything built on real human emotion: interviews, testimonials, genuine moments. Those need real people, and we will say so rather than take the job.
Typical timeline: About the same as a filmed production — we have delivered in 14 days and we have run 90. That surprises people, because a pipeline churning out automated output genuinely is fast. Ours is not that. The time stopped sitting in the shoot; it sits where it always did — locking the idea, and the feedback loop.
What you receive: The finished film. The generation workflow behind it — characters, environments, the prompts — is a separate arrangement: you open a seat for us on your own subscription account, we work inside it from day one, and everything stays with you when we leave. That has to be decided at the start. Adding it afterwards means handing an operation across, and it is charged separately.
