Scope
These terms cover Ember, internal assistant software operated by LMTDS STUDIO SDN BHD (Company No. 202101004514 / 1404813-A), Malaysia, and the content of this website.
Ember is not offered to the public. It is not for sale, not open for sign-up, and has no users outside LMTDS staff operating LMTDS’s own accounts. If you have arrived here from a Google consent screen, you are authorising Ember to read a mailbox that you yourself control.
What it does
Ember reads invoices, bills and receipts from a connected Google account, records them in LMTDS’s expense spreadsheet, and files the source documents in LMTDS’s Drive. It has read-only access to email and cannot send, reply, forward or delete messages.
Your responsibilities as an operator
- Only connect accounts you are entitled to connect.
- Check what Ember has written before relying on it. It reports every change it makes; those reports exist to be read.
- Withdraw access at any time via Google Account permissions.
No warranty
Ember is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. It is an aid to bookkeeping, not a substitute for it, and it is not accounting, tax or legal advice. LMTDS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
